Cancellation fee schedule

This schedule represents the non-refundable portion of your prepaid per person cost, as the sailing date approaches. In order to protect your investment, we highly recommend purchasing trip insurance (see trip insurance options.) Trip cancellation notification should be sent in writing to our affiliated travel agent representative (who we will designate prior to or at the time of your booking).

Please note that cruise participant name changes must also be treated as cancellations due to cruise line requirements.

The cancellation fee schedule is as follows:

Prior to 3 months before sailing: $100 per person is non-refundable.

3 months to 2 months prior to sailing: $600 per person is non-refundable.

2 months to 1 month prior to sailing: 50% plus $50 of your per person cost is non-refundable.

1 month prior to sailing to day of sailing: 100 percent of your per person cost is non-refundable.

Thus we heartly encourage travel insurance to protect your investment should you have an emergency requiring full or partial trip cancellation. The policies we suggest also include basic health and health-related transportation insurance. It is always prudent to check with your health insurance company regarding policy coverage outside your home area.

If you choose to decline trip insurance, you will be asked to sign a cancellation protection waiver, and send it to our agent by the due date for final payment. Please note that most trip insurance policies do not cover pre-existing medical conditions, unless you purchase the policy at the time of booking the trip, or in some cases up to 14 days thereafter.
